When I opened the jar, I the fresh coconut fill my nostrils and I was a little worried that that the coconut taste would overpower the stir fry.
I was pleasantly surprised at how light and airy the coconut oil was when I placed in the pan and the taste was far from overwhelming. I only used a tablespoon of the coconut oil for cooking this meal and it came out perfect. There was only a hint of the coconut oil and it complimented the oyster sauce and vegetable perfectly!
